Head Office is made by us;
Laura and Carly.
Combined we’ve got over 20 years of PR and communication experience in leading boutique, independent and global agencies. Over the years we’ve developed and delivered a heap of successful communication strategies, events and PR campaigns. We know the importance of clear and relatable conversations.
We've also seen first-hand the specific mental health and wellbeing issues that can be experienced at work. And feel passionately that we want to play our part in shifting behaviour in clear and easy-to-understand ways.

Wellbeing waffle she wishes wasn’t around:
Descriptions like ‘dysfunctional thinking’ and ‘thinking errors’ for natural processes that happen in our minds when we’re distressed. Change is so much easier when we accept evolution has made our brains a bit of a mess - and that’s not our fault!
